How do i place my order?
All orders can be made online through our website. Please follow our step here
How do I confirm my order?
Upon successful submission of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, consisting of your order number, order summary and if necessary, payment instructions.
How long does it take to process my order?
Each quality has a different delivery duration. Process day will depend on which quality, quantity and finishing you are ordered. Normally it will take minimum 4-6 working days (exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) and after confirmation of artwork. Any add-on optional finishing process (Example: round corner, creasing line, folding, coating, cut into various, die-cut & etc) subject to additional of processing days.
Does Bizcard provide artwork proof checking services?
No. you have to confirm the final artwork with your customer before uploading it to us for printing.
What file format should i use to save my artwork?

For all our products, we accept the artwork in:
– adobe illustrator (ai)
– adobe acrobat document (pdf)

How do i send my artwork?
You have to upload your file to us while you ordering in our system.
Can i order my business card in other sizes?

Yes. we provide custom size.
Maximum size 90mm x 54mm / Minimum size 40mm x 40mm

Will the color of my printed product match 100% to the original color of my artwork?
No. it is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. the level of difference however is subject from printing company to printing company.
Can I change my design after submission?
Yes. You can change your design by calling our customer service at +6017 668 5331 within 1 hour from order submission.
How do i pay for my order?

Will i get an official receipt for my order?

You will be issued an invoice in pdf format.

Will i have to pay for the delivery of my goods?

We provide free delivery to any registered address in West Malaysia. you only pay for printing

How will you deliver my goods?

All goods are delivered by our appointed courier services.

Which areas does your delivery service cover?

Our appointed courier service provider delivers to all states in Malaysia.

Does Bizcard guarantee on time delivery of my goods?

While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our customers, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
